Aamar Pujo, Aamar Starbucks: A Regional Feast Reimagined
Kolkata 25 Septmeber, 2026: TATA Starbucks is elevating Durga Pujo celebrations with the return of its exclusive festive menu, Aamar Pujo, Aamar Starbucks, across select stores in East India. Drawing deep inspiration from the region’s rich culinary heritage, the limited-edition lineup seamlessly blends traditional regional flavours with the signature Starbucks experience.
Mitali Maheshwari, Head of Product and Marketing, highlighted that the refreshed menu offers a contemporary take on deeply rooted local classics, ensuring Starbucks remains a welcoming community space for festive bonding, conversations, and togetherness.
The menu introduces two exciting new creations: the Kosha Mangsho Roll, which wraps traditional Bengali-style mutton inside a flaky paratha, and the Gurer Sandesh Flan, a modern jaggery-sweetened twist on the classic dessert. Returning favourites include the aromatic Dhakai Chicken Wrap, the Bhetki Bhaja Sandwich with zesty shorshe mayonnaise, and the golden, crispy Chingri Turnover. The lineup also brings back the iconic Shorshe Chicken Burger, the comforting potato-and-poppy-seed-inspired Aloo Postho Burger, and a baked Kalakand Pie finished with pistachios.
This exclusive culinary celebration runs from 26th September to 21st October across select outlets in Kolkata, Guwahati, Siliguri, Bhubaneswar, Jamshedpur, Patna, Ranchi, and Gangtok. To honor the auspicious occasion of Mahalaya, the Park Mansion, Southern Avenue, Loudon Street, and New Alipore stores in Kolkata will open their doors early at 5:00 AM.
Customers are invited to kick off the morning festivities with coffee and exclusive tasting sessions hosted by Starbucks partners.
